MargeCare operates this website (margecare.com) as a distributor of MARGE medical cleaning, disinfection and sterilization equipment. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MargeCare. Equipment is manufactured by Shenzhen Marge Technology Co., Ltd.
2. What data we collect
This website has no user accounts, no online ordering and no payment processing. We collect personal data only in these situations:
- Contact and inquiry forms — when you submit our contact or product inquiry forms, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.
- Server logs — our hosting provider automatically records technical information for every visit, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and date/time. This is standard web-server operation and is used only for security and fault diagnosis.
- Cookies — the site sets only technically necessary cookies: a WordPress session cookie (for logged-in administrators only) and a cache status cookie. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics services that profile visitors.

We use the information you submit through our forms solely to respond to your inquiry — to prepare quotes, technical documentation and shipping information for the products you asked about. - Our hosting provider — this website is hosted on servers operated by our hosting provider (Tencent Cloud). Server logs are processed on those servers.
- The manufacturer — when an inquiry requires factory confirmation (specifications, lead times, certificates), we may forward your message content to Shenzhen Marge Technology Co., Ltd. to prepare the answer.
- No other third parties — we do not share form data with any other third parties.
5. How long we keep your data
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they are periodically deleted. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited period in line with its standard retention practices.
6. Your rights
You may at any time ask us to:
- confirm what personal data of yours we hold,
- correct inaccurate data,
- delete your data, or
- stop processing your data.
