Workflow Integration
Our CSSD solutions cover the complete sterile processing cycle:
- Pre-cleaning — Manual pre-cleaning + ultrasonic pre-treatment
- Cleaning — Automated spray and/or ultrasonic washing
- Disinfection — Thermal disinfection (90°C / 1 min) or chemical
- Drying — Vacuum + hot air drying
- Lubrication — Instrument lubrication (manual or automatic)
- Sterilization — Steam autoclave (not in our product line, sourced separately)
- Storage — Sterile storage and traceability
